At Christine’s we have contingency plans that can be implemented immediately by our creative management team, to combat every problem that may arise. Our command and control setup ensures clear communication and logistics to instantly implement and prepare, not just one but three to five, different solutions for every catering and/or event/function difficulty that might possibly arise. 



Executive Chef Spencer Ellen is a native of LaGrange, Georgia and currently resides in Auburn, Alabama. He has been in the culinary industry since 2004. In that time, Chef has spent time collaborating and being mentored in kitchens across the United States from Chicago's Three Star Michelin rated Alinea to Auburn's very own James Beard Nominated Acre.


Jake Hinson- Director of Operations


Our Director of Operations Jake Hinson is a native of Tallassee, Alabama and currently resides in Opelika with his wife, Ann Malone Hinson and two children. Jake has a diverse background that includes 8 years in the United States Navy as well as 8 years of experience in sales & marketing in the premium cigar, wine & spirits industries.
