Our command and control setup ensures clear communication and logistics to instantly implement and prepare, not just one but three to five, different solutions for every catering and/or event/function difficulty that might possibly arise. 


Jake Hinson- Director of Operations


Our Director of Operations Jake Hinson is a native of Tallassee, Alabama and currently resides in Opelika with his wife, Ann Malone Hinson and two children. Jake has a diverse background that includes 8 years in the United States Navy as well as 8 years of experience in sales & marketing in the premium cigar, wine & spirits industries. Jake handles the majority of our communications with clients and strives to assist them with everything he can to ensure that the event goes exactly as desired.
