At Christine’s we have contingency plans that can be implemented immediately by our creative management team, to combat every problem that may arise. Our command and control setup ensures clear communication and logistics to instantly implement and prepare, not just one but three to five, different solutions for every catering and/or event/function difficulty that might possibly arise.

Our Company has been opened since 2003. Our Management team collectively has 38 years’ experience in fine cuisine. Our Chef Christine Healey has studied under Chef Joseph Vonlathern, who was a master of culinary arts.
